Virtual Skincare Guidance
The Midlife Skin Reset
When your skin changed and your routine didn’t.
Maybe your moisturizer suddenly isn’t enough.
Maybe the retinol you’ve used for years now makes your face angry.
Maybe you’re dry, sensitive, and somehow breaking out at the same time.
Or maybe you’ve accumulated enough products to open a small skincare store and still aren’t sure what you’re supposed to use tonight.
That’s where we start.
The Midlife Skin Reset is a personalized virtual skincare consultation designed to help you understand what your skin needs now — without automatically replacing everything you own.

You probably don’t need more products.
You probably need a clearer plan.
This consultation is for you if:
- Your skin suddenly feels unfamiliar.
- The routine you relied on for years isn’t working the same way.
- You’re dealing with new dryness, sensitivity, breakouts, irritation, pigmentation, or texture changes.
- You have several products doing basically the same thing.
- You’re not sure which ingredients belong together.
- You keep buying things hoping the next product will finally fix the problem.
Or you’ve reached the point where you just want someone experienced to look at the whole thing and say:
“Okay. Here’s what makes sense.”
That’s exactly what we’ll do.
We’re going to look at the whole picture.
Current Product Review
Before we decide what you need, we look at what you already have. Bring the cleansers, serums, moisturizers, actives, sunscreens, and anything else you’re regularly putting on your face. We’re not starting from the assumption that everything has to go.
Keep / Pause / Replace
This is one of my favorite parts. Some products may be perfectly fine. Some may need a break. Some may be doing the same job. And some may simply no longer make sense for your skin. We’ll sort through it together.
Your Morning Routine
You’ll leave knowing what makes sense in the morning, what order to use it in, and what doesn’t need to be there.
Your Evening Routine
We’ll simplify your evening routine so you understand what belongs where — especially if you’re using retinoids, exfoliants, treatment products, or multiple actives.
Product Guidance
If something is genuinely missing, I’ll explain what type of product may make sense and why. The goal is not to turn your bathroom into a skincare warehouse.
Your Written Skin Reset Plan
You’ll receive a clear written plan so you’re not trying to remember everything we talked about once the call ends.
Follow-Up Support
Skin takes time. You’ll also receive the follow-up support included with your service so we can address questions that come up as you begin your updated routine.
No, I’m not automatically throwing away your entire bathroom cabinet.
One of the first things we’ll do is look at what you already own.
Some products may be perfectly good.
Others may be doing the exact same job.
Some may be contributing to irritation.
And there may be one or two things your routine genuinely needs.
The goal isn’t to send you shopping. The goal is to make your routine make sense.
Here’s how it works.
- 1
Tell me what’s going on.
Complete your skincare intake before the appointment so I know what has changed, what you’re currently using, and what you want help figuring out.
- 2
Show me what you’re using.
During our virtual consultation, we’ll go through your routine and products together.
- 3
We simplify.
We’ll decide what to keep, pause, replace, or introduce — and I’ll explain why.
- 4
You get your plan.
You’ll leave with a practical routine built around the skin you have now.
What to expect
Realistic expectations for what changes — and when.
Skincare isn’t a light switch. Here’s an honest look at how this tends to unfold, so you know what’s normal and what’s worth patience.
- 01Before we meet
You gather what you have
You complete your intake and pull together the products you actually use — the ones you love, the ones you’re unsure about, and the ones quietly collecting dust. No need to organize anything perfectly.
- 02During the consultation
We sort through it together
We look at your current routine, what your skin is doing now, and what makes sense to keep, pause, replace, or introduce. You’ll understand the why behind every suggestion — not just the what.
- 03Right after
You get your written plan
Your personalized Skin Reset Plan arrives so you don’t have to rely on memory. A clear morning and evening routine, product notes, and what to focus on first.
- 04The first few weeks
Skin adjusts — gently
This is where patience matters. You’re not trying to fix everything overnight. You’re giving your skin time to respond to a routine that finally makes sense. Some changes show up quickly. Others take longer. That’s normal.
- 05Over time
Less guessing, more confidence
The goal isn’t a perfect routine. It’s a routine you understand — one you can adjust as your skin keeps changing, without starting over from scratch every time something shifts.
And if something isn’t responding the way we’d expect, that’s exactly what the follow-up support included with your consultation is for.
This may be exactly what you need if…
- You’re tired of guessing.
- You’re tired of buying products because someone online told you they were “life-changing.”
- You want someone experienced to look at your actual routine.
- You want to understand your skin instead of constantly reacting to it.
- And you’d really like to stop wondering whether you’re helping your skin or accidentally making things worse.
A quick note about what this isn’t.
The Midlife Skin Reset is an esthetic skincare consultation.
It is not medical diagnosis or medical treatment. I do not diagnose skin diseases, prescribe medication, or replace your dermatologist or medical provider.
If something comes up that belongs in a medical office rather than an esthetic consultation, I’ll tell you.
Good guidance also means knowing when something is outside my lane.
Ready to stop guessing?
Let’s look at what you’re using, what your skin is doing now, and what actually makes sense from here.
